We know you just can’t wait to get your order. Rhee360® Aroma Candles wants your shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable and will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Here are all our shipping options:

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will automatically be calculated based on the tax rate according to the shipping address.

Shipping Method

Order processing times are 1 – 2 business days. Once your order is processed you can expect an estimated shipping time of

2 to 3 Days USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that we do not ship orders on Sundays and the following US national holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Additionally, the order processing time may be longer during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother’s Day or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion. If you have questions concerning when your order will be shipped, please email us at SHOP@ShopRhee360.com.

Shipping Address Corrections

After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Please make sure the shipping address is correct. If you need to make any corrections please notify us immediately. Any charges to reroute a package after it has been sent are at your expense.

Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Possessions

The additional cost of standard shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states is due to using either FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We use these shipping methods to ensure that orders are received within the allotted business day delivery window.

Canada

We now ship to Canada via FedEx. For orders under $100 USD, shipping charges are a flat rate fee of $20 USD plus import duty and taxes. For orders over $100 USD, shipping charges are 20% of the subtotal of the order plus import duty and taxes. The import charges (approximately 12-13% of the subtotal of your order) will be collected by FedEx at the time of delivery.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Canada may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and import charges levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient. A Rhee360® Aroma Candle representative may contact you via email to verify your shipping cost before shipping any International Order.

Rhee360® is not responsible for incorrect information entered online by an individual customer.  Please check for accuracy in entering all data for order placement. Any typographical errors can result in the delay of the shipment of the order as well as any oral and written notifications from Shop@ShopRhee360. After thorough review and verification, Rhee360® reserves the right to cancel orders without notice, should verification, authentication, or pre-authentication not be successful. Every best effort will be made to contact you prior to order cancellation.

High Heat Index for Shipping Candles

During the summer months, our processing time for areas with high temperatures is extended. From June to October, we monitor the heat and ship according to zones to minimize melting wax during transit. Please see the chart below for shipment days for your zone:
